As an Unqualified Early Years Educator you will join the lovely Barnkids Team looking after children aged 3 months to 4 years. Tracy (our lovely Barnkids Manager) and all of the team work hard creating strong bonds with the children, strong relationships with the parents and best of all fun and exciting experiences with the children to help them learn through play.

Day to day you will:

  • Learn from and support your team in the delivery of basic childcare routines for your children, for example; welcoming children into the setting, mealtimes, sleep and basic care
  • Have fun with the children, helping them to learn through play both indoors and out
  • Enjoy undertaking learning opportunities through internal and external training courses
  • Build on your knowledge of child development by planning activities to challenge and stimulate children of different age groups
  • Promote child welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
  • Develop strong relationships with parents and strong bonds with your children

Role Requirements
